EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school and considerable experience in the building trades, especially in plumbing and electrical work. 

Job Tasks

• Painting
• Cleaning
• Floor Care
• Minor electrical repair
• Minor Plumbing repair
• HVAC Repair
• Repair / Replace Kitchen appliances, Hot Water Heaters, Etc.
• Unstop sewer lines
• Repair furnaces and A/C units
• Carpentry
• Replace Light fixtures, plugs, breakers, bulbs, etc.
• Replace toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers faucets, etc.
• Replace doors, cabinets, windows, etc
• Operate a variety of hand tools
• Other Duties as required

 Salary:

This is an hourly position. The salary range is $31,200- $46,000 depending on experience and certifications. Excellent Benefits include VRS retirement, Blue Cross Blue Shield Health, Dental, and Vision. Paid Sick and Vacation Time, Paid Short-Term Disability Policy.
