Shelia "Missy" Harden has been employed by DRHA for the past seven years, first as a Youth Coordinator and then as an Assistant Coordinator. While working here she has had opportunities to assist the Seniors and to work as a driver with transportation service when needed. This past position has given her an opportunity to experience, develop and learn in so many different areas within DRHA. Being able to assist and help others is one of her greatest accomplishments. Stepping into a role as an Administrative Assistant has given her more knowledge and understanding of what it is to be a leader in business.

Missy has three children and is a god mom of many.
