Shebra began working with DRHA September 2020 as Section 8 HCV Specialist.  She has been working as a HCV Specialist for several years prior to coming to DRHA.
Shebra enjoies helping people that are in need of help, reading and work search.
Shebra holds an Associate of Science Degree, Diploma in Cosmetology, and Certification as an HCV Specialist
