Danville Redevelopment & Housing Authority

DRHA Resident Services

DRHA is committed to providing services and opportunities to our residents and, to some extent, the community. We offer our residents the Family Self-Sufficiency Program (FSS) and the Resident Opportunity Self-Sufficiency Program (ROSS).

Both programs allow residents to reach goals with the help of a Service Coordinator. Service Coordinators help you navigate the best options and fits for your life by connecting you to the right services and other supportive services. You must work closely with your service coordinator to ensure you get the best possible outcomes by doing the following:

  • Keep and be on time for all your appointments.
  • Be coachable and willing to do the work to meet your goals.
  • Make your service coordinator aware of any changes that may affect your eligibility for service(s)

Recognizing that each individual's journey is unique, we understand that choosing the right program can be daunting. If you are ready to start either program or are unsure which is best for your needs, our case managers are here to help. They will work with you to determine the best fit for you and your goals, ensuring your needs are understood and met.

The Resident Services team also manages the Continuum of Care Program (CoC) for the unhoused.
