The Department of Housing and Urban Development  requires public housing authorities to maintain a Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plan. This plan outlines the policies, programs, and strategies that the public housing agency will implement to meet local housing needs. There are two parts to the plan: the Five-Year Plan, updated every fiscal year, and the annual plan updated on a yearly basis.

The Danville Redevelopment & Housing Authority is offering its 2021 Annual Plan for public review and comment.
