Letisha Kelley was born and raised in Danville. She is a graduate of George Washington High School.  She is married with three children and two dogs.  Letisha started working at DRHA through Debbie Staffing for six months at Pleasant View Apartments.  Afterward, she became a full-time employee as a Public Housing Manager at the Cardinal Village Apartments.  She is now the Assistant Director of Public Housing and the Rental Property Manager at Cedar Terrace Apartments.  Letisha has been with DRHA for a total of 11 years and is a Certified Public Housing Manager. and went on to receive other certificates.  When not working, Letisha likes to spend her free time with her family.
